Governance with receipts.

Every BEACN vote has a written rationale and links you can verify. Public money demands public receipts. A flag means "needs receipts," not fraud.

Voting Principles

These guide every vote BEACN casts as a Delegated Representative on Cardano.

๐Ÿงพ

Receipts-First

Spending proposals should clearly state recipients, deliverables, milestones, and verification links.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ

Prefer Decentralization

Support independent operators. Oppose capture and centralization risks.

๐Ÿ”“

Prefer Open Source

Public funds should produce public artifacts whenever possible.

๐Ÿšซ

Minimize Extraction

Prioritize community benefit over rent-seeking models.

โš–๏ธ

Flags โ‰  Fraud

A flag is a request for receipts and clarity โ€” not an accusation of wrongdoing.

๐Ÿ’š

Givers, Not Takers

BEACN exists to give back to the ecosystem. Community over profit. Open source everything.

Delegate to BEACN DRep

Your voting power, your choice. Delegating to a DRep lets your ADA participate in Cardano governance without you needing to vote on every action.

Step 1 โ€” Open Governance

In your wallet (Vespr, Lace, Eternl), navigate to the Governance or DRep Delegation section. If you don't see it, update your wallet.

Step 2 โ€” Search BEACN

Search for BEACN or paste the DRep ID:
drep1y2jn8fk0cn6wd6et3evnykea0glhw7t20xnhwss4xxjlczq2934

Step 3 โ€” Delegate

Click delegate. Your ADA stays in your wallet โ€” you're only delegating voting power, not funds. You can re-delegate or revoke at any time.

โš ๏ธ Safety reminder: Never send ADA to delegate. Governance delegation is a wallet action โ€” your funds never leave your control. DRep delegation is separate from stake pool delegation. You can delegate to BEACN for both staking and governance.

Governance receipts and immutable scrolls share the same philosophy: votes that cannot be memory-holed, libraries that cannot burn.
